i macbook running high sierra , have lync mac , skype business applications loaded.  i ised ise lync mac main client provides better functionality skype client, recent changes companies backend means no longer works.

my issue, when skype conference meeting , click on link, same issue, is: click in link, opens browser window, requests download plugin (this happens everytime!), , load software, never recognised being loaded, option start meeting lync or communicator app mac (why not skype?), after time asks of want join web, do, audio on phone , process can take on 5 - 10 min.

it great know when mac have featured skype client compaitble o365.

ok, thought try meeting earlier today.  i looked in skype app under calendar , if click on join button works, if mistakenly see link in body of calendar, still browser trying send lync web app , having download software.  this can confusing , frustrating.  i have learn click join button now.

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
