Calendar - Microsoft Community


hi all, 

i attempting create calendar on outlook share colleges in office. primary use calendar office staff able schedule in works our staff onsite. want able see shared calendar , able input appointments/meetings etc.. next each staff member. issue having creating list of employees within calendar without having add email contact. means instead of being able directly edit schedules, wants sync individual email calendars , use information rather information office team want input.

is there simple way create schedule calendar, add our staff members without requiring email address sync calendars ? 

we want team shared calendar can see staff in schedule view , able edit meeting etc.
