Not receiving emails from phpmailer - Microsoft Community

hi there,

i have app uses phpmailer send emails. used receive emails them of sudden stopped. not receiving emails them in junk folder.

when change email address gmail or other emails apart outlook, receive emails application.

i have checked folders in outlook cannot find emails.

would appreciate help.

hello mohammed,

the sender might listed under blocked sender's list or there rules created cause not receive messages. before proceed, know following information:

• are trying access email account using outlook desktop app or outlook.com?
• have made recent changes before encounter issue?
• are there rules created in email account?

for meantime, suggest check email settings see if senders email address added blocked senders list. if using outlook.com need click gear icon, select options, click blocked senders under junk email options , see if sender's email address included in list.
