there appears small bug in process produces thumbnails on 1 drive images (and pdfs). if request thumbnail larger 256 pixels, process fails every time , simple leaves , icon.

it's possible settings related issue. better assist you, we'd ask following questions:

  • is issue confined particular file type (.png, .jpeg, etc.)?
  • have made changes onedrive settings prior issue?
  • are accessing onedrive through desktop app or via web browser?

meanwhile, suggest check workaround provided abdul_malik on thread , check if after performing recommended steps, you'd able request thumbnail larger pixels.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
