Word document 2016 - Microsoft Community

i need help. won't let me use word document college assignments it's saying t locked , need reactivate , every time go reactivate it, won't take ether 1 of email's , don't know else do.

i suggest try following steps:

1. make sure you're connected internet, , wait 5 minutes or , try again.

2. reset license files running script in this article.

3. uninstall office 2016 mac, , try reinstalling , activating again.

if issue persists, confirm following information:

1. screenshot of error message.

2. else in organization encounter same issue?

3. try activate different network environment. 

4. screenshot of word version using. check it, click word menu > word.
