customize 365 Outlook mail screen for tiny screen - Microsoft Community

i'm new working surface , office 365.

i not have lot of screen, have half of filled white space , photos of coworkers not helpful.

can limit message list entries 1 line?

can choose not display photos of coworkers in emails?

can decrease space between folders in folder list?

is possible have  larger font size without more white space?

we understand need more work space perform tasks effectively. of inquiry can done configuring view settings.

limit message list entries single line.

1. go view tab.
2. click view settings > other settings.
   
3. clear use compact layout in widths smaller 125 characters check box.
4. click ok , ok again save changes.
5. go view tab.
6. set value message preview off.
7. select whether set mailboxes or single folder.

disable contact photographs in emails.

1. click file > options > people.
2. clear show user photographs when available (requires restarting outlook) check box under online status , photographs.
3. click ok save changes.
4. restart outlook.

apparently, there no option reduce space between folders in folder list. clarify meant last question. mean larger font size without more white space?
