Stop Sharing Files - Microsoft Community

i have created document in our business version of office365 sharepoint group , shared 9 people.

however, need unshare couple of them , can't, life of me, find way it.

if shared document stored on sharepoint online document library, should able stop sharing document if we'd so. please note if share document other people sharing link, person's name not appear on permissions page of document, need remove sharing link.

please try followings see if can stop sharing document:

1.open document in office online via browser, navigate permissions page of document 1 of following:

a) if open document in edit view, go file tab>share>share people>click 3 dots in share dialog box>manage access. 

b) if open document in read view, click share button on upper-right corner>click 3 dots in share dialog box>manage access.

2.on permissions page of document, click cross icon if there remove sharing link,

we can stop sharing document site members:

if can't stop sharing after trying steps above, provide following information let better understand situation?

1. where document stored? stored in sharepoint online document library?
2. how did share document 9 people? sharing link of document others or else? please let know detailed steps how share document.
3. regarding "i have tried 3 times no success far.", mean can finish steps above these people still able access document? if can't finish steps, please let know steps stuck @ , share screenshot let better understand situation.
4. please share screenshot of permissions page of document.
