v16.10.97 Password problem - Microsoft Community

well, problem has come vengeance around july 2017 skype business update version 16.8.196.  happens users can login after changing password.  however, 2 4 days later, experience same issue of blank window appearing while trying log skype business.

the solution right go change password, again!

by way, have since updated to skype business-v16.10.97 , problem still occurs.

is there can me root of why skype business makes users change password every week?

according description, issue happened after updated skype business version, thus, please try upgrade version latest. reference: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/check-for-office-for-mac-updates-automatically-bfd1e497-c24d-4754-92ab-910a4074d7c1.

 

after upgrade latest version, please change password , clear logs (location : ~/library/containers/com.microsoft.skypeforbusiness/data/library/logs/com.microsoft.skypeforbusiness) , check if issue persists. (if want keep logs, can make copy location).

 

if issue persist, please try change password again , login skype business client affected account collect logs.
