Powerpoint - Excel Spreadsheet inserted in presentation - not working - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have created presentation , inserted excel file object. works fine in slide view can edit slides- when click on object brings spreadsheet.  once activate presentation , click on object doesn't bring excel file goes next slide in presentation - ideas?

hi rick,

expected double-clicking excel object in "slide show" goes next slide instead of bringing excel program.
if want edit inserted excel file, have edit in "normal" view.
