Settings change when sharing Word document as PDF in Outlook - Microsoft Community


hey, have weird issue. whenever working in ms word document , click share -> email pdf attachment, mailbox settings changed. when 2 things happen:

 1. changes editor style html plain text.

 2. doesn't insert signature.

 3. when send it, stores sent e-mail in folder sent items folder.

is known issue? have office 365 (2016 version) if need more details, i'll provide them gladly.

sorry late response. problem still ongoing. have found way around it. solution isnt required more. changed way export pdf word.
