i baffled. i have been using outlook 2016 gmail account (imap).  have 3 gmail accounts in outlook, using imap. everything working fine until sunday. since sunday afternoon, main gmail account won't update.  able send email via outlook, can't receive any.  have run scanpst.exe on ost file.  set folder "inbox" in accounts. i no longer can see sent items and, said, inbox isn't populating (my other gmail accounts working fine). i can see i'm getting emails through iphone , using web site, nothing on outlook. any suggestions? sync errors in sync issues folder (view folder list, ctrl+6) i'd delete send , receive setting file - in file explorer, type (or paste) %appdata%\microsoft\outlook , press enter. delete *.srs file profile. also, instead of using scanpst on data file, close outlook, delete account's ost file , restart outlook. resync every time.

hello, so piece of software use requires png files rgb mode , not indexed mode.  i've been running issues when export slides powerpoint, export indexed. i can open them in photoshop , change mode rgb , resave, that's time consuming... when have 50+ slides. are there settings in powerpoint ensure export without being indexed? don't think can change export mode when either export slides png or save png rgb mode. maybe depends on content of pptx?
