Skype for business - Microsoft Community


hi,

i bought small business , have inherited office 365 account.  have own personal microsoft account before bought business.  want use skype business part of office 365 package, everytime load skype takes me personal account.  can have 2 skype accounts best option me?

the email have business email, linked office 365 reason, can not use new skype account asks me use microsoft account.  feel going in circles.  have office 365 loaded on computer, emails business coming new business email why can´t use skype log in?

my preferred option amend old skype account new username looks complicated.

please help.

when open skype client, prompt microsoft account. if want login our office 365 account, please download skype business client, recommend download office 365 portal: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/install-skype-for-business-8a0d4da8-9d58-44f9-9759-5c8f340cb3fb.
