Disappearing Details from Appoitments in the Calendar - Microsoft Community


we have issue outlook 2016 follows: 

 - appointment booked , several details put in appointment in calendar. 

- day of appointment comes , subject , time of appointment still there, other details had been put in have disappeared. 

this doesn't happen on every appointment booked calendar happen regularly.

please can how resolve this?
